Can One Food Make A Difference For Weight Loss?

Is there a magic bullet for weight loss? It would be nice if it were that easy. The short answer is no. But wait! Research is discovering some fascinating pieces of information and one food that may help is kimchi.

What is kimchi you say? It’s a Korean vegetable side dish made of spring onions, napa cabbage, gochugaru, ginger, garlic, and jeotgal. It is often salted and fermented with a sour tangy taste (think similar to sauerkraut). I personally think is a tad spicy. It is quite good as a variety of deep flavors hit your taste buds all at once. We use it as a relish and it is full of probiotics. It has been a great food for helping my family member with ADHD heal his leaky gut, and they love the taste of it!
